Enjoy vacationing in this classic Seabrook Island beach house. The home features a reverse floor plan with all the living space on the upper level. The living area has a high beamed ceiling, lots of natural light and comfortable seating and new hardwood flooring and a 55 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV. The open decks have lots of seating and a gas grill. The kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances including a sub zero refrigerator, quartz counter tops, new cabinets and new hardwood flooring. The screened porch off the kitchen is a great area to relax after a day in the sun. The maste suite on the upper level features a king bed and beautiful renovated bath with a deep claw foot tub and large tile shower. It has new hardwood flooring. The lower level has the additional bedrooms. The second master suite has a king bed and renovated bath with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and beautiful bath with a large tile shower. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds and full private bath with shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have TVs. There is a large covered deck with lots of seating and a hammock for lazy afternoons and evenings. The home sits on a large lot with exceptionally landscaped grounds. The beach boardwalk is accessed directly from the yard. It's a very short walk to the beach! There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, a grill for family dining and free wi fi internet too! Plenty of parking in the private drive, no garage access available for guests.
