The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom enjoys a private bath. The huge kitchen is well appointed and features an eat in area. The master bedroom has a private sitting area and access to the large screened in porch. The master bath has a garden tub and separate shower.     The hidden treasure here was the lake of lake house across the street where we could see birds, butterflies and alligators on the surrounding walkway.

    We went to Seabrook for a winter getaway & to look at real estate. The house on Bohicket Creek exceeded our expectations. The light-filled,spacious house is well-designed & nicely decorated, providing every amenity you might need.     We have rented from this agency for 6 or 7 years and have never had a problem. This year, however, we experienced a broken air conditioner on the second floor. The Memorial Day weekend delayed the repair; then it required yet another day to fix it. The rental agent (Kat) was sympathetic and helpful. The next problem--beyond the agency's control--was a broken water line. It was repaired within 2-3 hours. Again, Kat provided helpful information. The third problem was a fuse that needed to be reset for one section of the house. When normal things happen, it's nice to have a professional to "be in it" with you and then make an adjustment beyond the scope of the rental contract. Things happen. I'm sorry it happened while we were there, but I'm satisfied that the agency did all things possible to help resolve the situation.
