This was our first venture into renting a home for vacation accommodations vs. staying at a resort on an island next to Seabrook. We were worried whether the property would actually be as nice as it was depicted on the website. However, upon arrival we
were very pleasantly surprised! This house is beautiful, spotless and very well maintained. The floor plan is ideal with great views of the ocean and delightful breezes from the second floor. Also, the house is on a very quiet street which was perfect for
relaxing on one of the many porches. A short walk takes you to a clean and quiet beach. Overall, this property definitely exceeded expectations and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others!

Only small complaint would be dvd didn't work and tv in bedroom downstairs was buzzing when turned on. Overall, wonderful vacation. Will be trying to rent that house again another day.

We had such a lovely time and didn't want to leave the Island. The home functions beautifully with multiple families providing privacy as well as great family living space. I would suggest a few more cleaning supplies in order to keep the home in its current great condition. Perhaps a swifter for quick cleanups.

Incredible! Absolutely loved our vacation here. The house was perfect. It was roomy, well appointed and spotless. Talk about location - we were steps from the beach and steps from the clubhouse. Literally steps from the ocean, we could view it from the house and the breezes on any of the four decks were stellar. I am a picky vacationer, I love my resorts, I expect the best, I would come back to this home! Both families and kids had an vacation to remember.
