Exceptional location. This lovely home features new hardwood flooring throughout the living area. Bedrooms are on 3 levels offering several areas for quiet repose. Enjoy the large master suite with private bath and deck. There is a screened porch and open deck, both with great ocean views. This home has great beach access. The boardwalk is very conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from the house . This is our only pet friendly home with ocean views! New in 2009 FREE WI FI FOR GUESTS!

First and foremost, the staff at Seabrook Exclusives is fantastic. We feel like Kathleen is part of our family. And thank you so much for the rocking chair that you provided for our week visit! You are the best!
Second the house is great. The only complaint that we had was the kitchen did not have adequate serving pieces. No large salad bowl, serving bowls, etc...Very light in the kitchen ware! Not a big problem but no less just worth mentioning.
Debra Hall stayed with our baby one evening and she did a fine job. Everyone is most delightful with SBE and we always recommend them when possible.

The house was clean with plenty of storage space. It was 2 minutes from the ocean. We never spent much time by the ocean because of the long hike home but not here. My grandson built sandcastles and my son-in-law tried to boogie board. My whole family enjoyed this house and hope to return next year.

I would say the only issues we had were the screened in porch screen was ripped and the dishwasher was not was adequate but not great. Other than that it was a great property at a great location. I had a great time and the people at Seabrook Exclusives were wonderful. Recommended highly!

The house was actually nicer than we expected from the photos online. The layout was a good layout for 2 families. Great view and location. The multiple decks on the home were great. We have been to Seabrook many times and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, amenity center, and north beach were we like to walk our dog.
