Lovely first level end unit with extra windows offering lots of light. This villa is nicely updated and offers hardwood flooring, granite tile counter tops and plantation shutters. The living room has a new flat screen TV and BLU RAY DVD player. There are two sofas. One is a sleeper. The kitchen is updated with granite tile counter tops and cabinets. The bedroom offers a king bed and full private bath. There is a TV here too. Pet friendly and free wi fi internet too!

Lower unit much easier for pets, all solid surface floors, great air conditioning, comfortable sheets, beach not crowded at all, adjoins church camp that has a good mile of beach front available.

The weather was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better time. Even though it's off season but there are alot of people like us that know based on the amount of people there know it is a perfect time to get away. I was surprised at the amount of people with their pets at this time of year and a GREAT time being had by all. The property was very nice and worked out great.

Kathleen with Seabrook Exclusives was very thorough and helpful with the arrangements for our reservation. Receiving key to villa in advance was very convenient for check-in. First floor corner villa was ideal for our golden retrievers and us. North beach area was convenient and enjoyable for allowing our dogs to play in the surf. We found Seabrook to be a great place for a family vacation.

We've had the pleasure of staying at the villas of Pelican Watch on 3 occasions and this time was equally as good. When we arrived the villa was ready for our 7 day vacation. The villa was clean, well stocked, the perfect temperature, and pleasantly furnished.
The islands amenities are second to none. The beach and water are just marvelous.
Betsy and Kat of SeaBrook Exclusives were very professional and excellent to work with.
My family would highly recommend vacationing at Seabrook Island,SC staying at Pelican Watch villas, and booking a vacation with SeaBrook Exclusives.

First time staying here and we enjoyed every minute. The unit is nicely appointed (wood floors, wi-fi, flat screen hi-def tv), very clean and has great views of the water and sunsets from the living room and deck. Note this is a first floor unit and we could hear the guests walking around in the second floor unit above us but this was really a very minor issue. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

2011 Seabrook Island Vacation

My stay at 13107 was Great!!! I wish i could have taken advantage of the amenities. We were at a Horse Show at Mullet Hall, Pretty tied up day and evening. I would definitely rent 13107 again. Betsy, was very helpful, she is an asset for SB!
